Most modular furniture projects fail in the gap between design and delivery. Our process is built to close that gap — every stage is defined, every responsibility is clear, and nothing moves forward without your sign-off.

Discovery
Site visit, measurements, and brief. We understand your space, lifestyle, and budget before anything is drawn.

Share your brief, wishlist, and reference images.

Design
Full 3D design and layout developed to exact site dimensions. Material and finish selections presented with samples.
You do
Review 3D visuals and select finishes.

Approval
Final design, finishes, hardware and price are locked in a fixed-price contract with confirmed delivery dates.
You do
Sign off on design and contract.

Production
CNC factory production at our Ghaziabad facility. Every panel cut to exact dimensions and edge-banded. Internal QC before dispatch.
You do
Nothing — we keep you updated.

Installation
Our team installs on site. Floors and walls are protected. Most kitchens take 4–6 days; wardrobes 1–2 days.
You do
Give site access during installation window.

Handover
Final walk-through, snag-list closure, hardware demonstration, and care guide. Warranty paperwork issued.

Walk through and use your new space.
