Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the supply, manufacture and installation of modular furniture by Moducrafts. By signing a work order or paying the booking advance, the client confirms acceptance of these terms.

§1. Parties

This agreement is between Moducrafts, with workshop and registered address at Plot 2A, Gangapuram Colony, Hapur Road, Opp. Bharat Petrol Pump, Ghaziabad – 201015, Uttar Pradesh (GSTIN: 09BDDPA1514J1ZZ, PAN: BDDPA1514J), and the client named on the corresponding quotation or work order.

§2. Quotation & Acceptance

  • Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
  • A quotation is not binding until a signed work order is received along with the 20% booking payment.
  • Prices are subject to revision after the validity period.
  • Pricing is based on measurements provided. Site discrepancies discovered during final measurement may result in revised pricing, communicated in writing.

§3. Payment Terms

Payment is collected in three milestones:

  • 20% at booking (work order confirmation).
  • 40% on design sign-off.
  • 40% on installation day.

Each milestone triggers a GST tax invoice. GSTIN or PAN is required for B2B transactions. Cash payments are limited to ₹10,000 per transaction in line with applicable law. Cheque, NEFT, RTGS and UPI are accepted.

§4. Design Process

  • Written approval is required before production begins.
  • Two design revision rounds are included; additional rounds are billed.
  • No structural changes are accepted after sign-off.
  • Minor finish changes are possible only before procurement of materials.

§5. Materials & Specifications

  • 18mm HDHMR carcass is standard unless otherwise specified.
  • Hardware sourced from Hettich, Häfele or Godrej.
  • Substitutions of equivalent grade may be made due to supply conditions and will be communicated in writing.
  • Natural variation in wood, veneer and stone is inherent to the material and is not considered a defect.
  • Clients are encouraged to approve physical samples before sign-off.

§6. Manufacturing, Delivery & Installation

  • Production and delivery timelines are indicative and depend on site readiness and material availability.
  • Site readiness — walls, flooring, civil work and electrical points — is the client's responsibility before the scheduled installation date.
  • A 7-day grace period applies for storage; charges apply thereafter at standard rates.
  • Delivery is included within NCR/Ghaziabad. A surcharge applies beyond 30 km.
  • A client representative must be present during installation.
  • Snags identified during handover are rectified within 7 working days.

§7. Warranty

Moducrafts provides a 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects. Exclusions include misuse, overloading, water or pest damage, tampering, and damage caused by relocation.

Hardware warranties follow the respective manufacturer's terms. Claims must be submitted in writing during the warranty period; we respond within 5 working days.

§8. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Before design sign-off: 20% booking advance is forfeited.
  • After 40% advance (post sign-off): 60% of project value is non-refundable.
  • After manufacturing commences: no refund. Manufactured goods are made available for collection on clearing outstanding dues.

§9. Limitation of Liability

Moducrafts' total liability is capped at the total quotation value of the project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses, nor for delays caused by events reasonably outside our control (force majeure, government action, supply disruptions, civil disturbances).

§10. Disputes & Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith mutual discussion within 30 days of written notice before escalation.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Moducrafts collects, uses and protects personal information shared during enquiry, design and project delivery.

§1. Information We Collect

  • Name, phone number, email and site address.
  • GSTIN and PAN where provided for invoicing.
  • No sensitive financial data is stored — payments are received directly via bank transfer or UPI.
  • Standard website analytics such as page visits and device type, captured via standard tools.

§2. How We Use It

Information is used for project delivery, quotation preparation, ongoing communication, invoicing and warranty service, to respond to your enquiry and contact you about your quotation via phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email, as well as for internal records and compliance with applicable law.

§3. Lead Forms & Advertising

If you submit an enquiry through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, the information you provide is collected by Moducrafts — not by Meta — and is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Meta Platforms is not responsible for how Moducrafts uses your information. By submitting your details, you consent to Moducrafts contacting you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email regarding your enquiry and quotation. You can opt out of further contact at any time by writing to contact@moducrafts.in.

§4. Sharing

Personal information is never sold. It is shared only with vendors or contractors directly involved in your project, who are bound by confidentiality. Information may be shared with government authorities where required by law.

§5. Data Retention

  • Project records are retained for 7 years for accounting and warranty purposes.
  • Enquiry data (where no project results) is retained for 1 year and deleted on request thereafter.

§6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to contact@moducrafts.in. We respond to such requests within 30 days.

§7. Cookies

The Moducrafts website uses essential cookies to function. We may also use analytics and advertising cookies, including the Meta Pixel, to measure and improve our advertising and to show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. These tools may collect standard usage data such as pages visited and device type. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
